Hall of Honor Award and Installation of Officers and Trustees
The UCS Board of Trustees proudly announces the United Chinese Society of Hawaii Hall of Honor Award! This award recognizes a well-rounded individual who has given through his/her personal involvement, leadership ability, and selfless volunteering of time and talent to positively affect UCS as well as the member societies, Chinese community, and community at large in Hawaii. This person is also successful in his/her personal life and career. UCS celebrates the awardee along with its Installation of Officers and Trustees.

A New Direction...
In 2022, the United Chinese Society of Hawaii Board of Trustees voted to change its annual recognition to the Hall of Honor Award. With that decision, UCS discontinued both Model Chinese Mother and Father of the Year and Model Chinese Citizen of the Year Awards. We will always remember and honor the recipients of both prestigious awards.
